Dr.Jaya Sukul is a PhD. Research scholar with MPhil, M.A, B.A degree. She deals with patients with Depression, Anxiety, Thought disorders, Psychosomatic disorders etc. She specialised in Psychometric Assessments. Also she is an expert in providing marital counselling and Family Therapy. She is the co-founder of Progarten, India’s first clinical career counselling initiative. She is a consultant psychologist with several other hospitals and has her own practice. Currently she is Handling Kamkus Drug De-Addiction and is running a clinic under Bhagirath Sewa Sansthan. She has Also been appointed as Jail Counsellor with Dasna Central Prison where she dedicated herself to improve the mental health  prison inmates. She is an international researcher she has presented and published her research papers in many international journals. She is an expert columnist with TOI and Hindustan times.
